Welcome!

News: The Newsletter and Dues Sheets have been mailed out, look in your mailbox for them.

We hope everyone is enjoying the neighborhood improvements and would like to continue, but we cannot do it without your help! Please consider joining the association so we can continue to beautify our neighborhood. We would like to get to a point where we have the majority of the neighborhood as members so we can decrease the dues (currently $50/year) and still continue to work on projects.

Respectfully, Your CSCA Board of Directors

Why Join CSCA?
  • Boat launch on Cass Lake
  • Boat Slip oportunities on Cass and Elizabeth Lakes
  • Wetland protection
  • Outlot protection
  • Community involvement
  • Help maintain our common areas
  • Meet new people
  • Be a good neighbor!

The ever repeating question…….”Why should I become a member? What will it do for me?” This neighborhood belongs to ALL of us, not just a hand full of board members, slip / launch key holders and those that pay their dues because they agree it is the “right thing” to do for the neighborhood. Neighbors – we have several beautiful pieces of property that are deeded to all of us and we cannot afford to maintain them without your help, these properties have to be maintained and ‘policed' according to the deed – and maintenance costs money! Please join the association – pay your annual dues – take time to meet your neighbors – make this an enjoyable place to live! The more dues collected, the more projects we can take on to beautify the neighborhood.
